What is an intuitive energy session?An Intuitive Energy Session is a guided experience to help you identify and release emotional blocks, stress, or stuck energy. During this 60 minute session, I focus on the energy connected to you, your soul/spirit, mind-body, and life purpose and direction. These sessions are often described as profoundly healing and emotionally restorative, helping you re-align your energy for greater well-being, self-awareness, health and empowered decision-making.

How can you "read" my energy?I am a skilled energy healer and intuitive expert, specializing in the art of Clairvoyance—the ability to "see" clearly on a psychic level. With your consent, I can tune into the energy of your spirit, chakras, and mind-body connection, as well as explore the energy surrounding your career, relationships, and life path.

How is this a "healing" session?Reiki is a time-honored Japanese practice designed to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and support healing. As a Certified Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, I will guide you through a calming session to gently restore balance and renew the natural flow of healthy energy within your body and spirit.

Where does this session take place?This session takes place live over Zoom. As soon as your session is confirmed, you will receive an email with the session date, time and personal zoom link.

How should I prepare for my session?Prior to your session it is helpful if you take a few minutes to ground and quiet your mind. The calmer and clearer your energy is - the easier it is for me to read! It can be helpful for you to come to the session with specific questions, especially for the Coaching Q&A. During the session it is best not to take notes or be distracted - but know that I will send you a recording of your session as well as a detailed follow up email afterwards, for you to review and take notes at your leisure :)

Does this reading include any "past lives"?My primary focus is on exploring the current energy flow of your life and, most importantly, the future. I like to think of it as gaining insight into what lies ahead for you based on your current trajectory. Together, we’ll identify how to align your energy for optimal success, starting from the very moment our session begins. If you’re interested in exploring the energy of a past life, you can request this on the pre-session form after booking.

Does this reading include connecting with loved ones who have passed on?It is possible that during your session I will receive messages from someone in your life who as passed on, but wants to connect with you. This can be incredibly healing and helpful. If you have someone in mind that you would like to connect with - you can request this on the Pre-Session Booking Form.
